Changes proposed in this pull request:

core:

❌ deprecation: TreeNode.ofType<T>() is no longer necessary
- we recommend specifying the type parameter in JSX syntax directly, e.g. <TreeNode<T>>

select:

❌ deprecation: Select2.ofType<T>(), Suggest2.ofType<T>(), and MultiSelect2.ofType<T>() are no longer necessary
- we recommend specifying the type parameter in JSX syntax directly, e.g. <Select2<T>>
