Files have blank icons

Some files have their icons defaulted to blank, instead of falling back to the breeze or hicolor icons.

was this not the case before? nothing has changed about the mimetype icons in Papirus lately, so the bug appears to only affect your system. Which mimetypes have blank icons, apart from the ones on the screenshot?

I tried to rename a file in above different formats to see Papirus (master) reaction, here is my result.

I have blank icon for .res & .tar.bz2. I don't know what extension .res it is, but the later i use from github/gitlab.

For now those were the only ones I could find. I tried it with a fresh Arch installation in a vm and the bug still persisted, so I don't think its a system issue
