Tracked changes to cls file

Following changes in jcon.cls file are necessary.

Line 142 - subcaption

In commit 6341f45 I comment out line 142 to avoid the following error:

LaTeX Error: Command \subcaption already defined.
               Or name \end... illegal, see p.192 of the manual.

Lines 736 to 747 - keywords and terms

In commit 5320ff9 I comment out lines 736 to 747 to avoid that a (random?) '9' is printed at the end of the abstract.
