Make dotfiles homesick compatible

If you prepended your dotfiles with an actual dot, the repository would work with both homesick and homeshick.
I am not sure how that change would fare legacywise though.

I am pretty sure much more changes are required. You can fork my repo to your account, rename and try. If it works, I will do it. Otherwise, you can send a patch to make it work.
