🚀 I'm a final-year BS+MS Bioinformatics student passionate about omics data analysis with a focus on cancer research.

💻 Skills: Python, R, Git, Bash, Docker, transcriptomics data analysis (Seurat, Scanpy, Squidpy), genomics data analysis (WGS/WES), ML.

📈 I'm currently contributing to a multi-omics project on oral cancer oncogenesis, involving data from single-cell transcriptomics, genomics, and metagenomics (results to be published in a public repo).

🎯 Hobbies: playing volleyball & table tennis, watching comedy TV shows, traveling & hiking.
