Note:
Although can be completed in advance, it should wait for #174 to be completed...

Goal: Integration after all of the build_intocpp_file() is made and if the currently system supports CLion creation and possible compilation to application.

Preferred for Spring 2024 but may require waiting til Summer 2024 to complete.
