- add an option to be able to redirect test_dir. Current default value is under the pear folder, so in the include_path. This will allow, p.e. to move from /usr/share/pear/test to /usr/share/tests/pear
- add an option to be able to redirect data_dir. Same reason
- add long options, cosmetic only
