Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

I receive such error when try to send message. With text and media both. With multidevice and legacy auth bothEvaluation failed: TypeError: window.Store.MsgKey.newId is not a function\n at Object.window.WWebJS.sendMessage (puppeteer_evaluation_script:149:37)\n at puppeteer_evaluation_script:10:45

Expected behavior

As a user, I expect to make success message sendings after success auth

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Start client with LocalAuthStrategy
  2. Scan QR
  3. Try to send message
  4. Receive such error

This shouldn't be happening on v1.16.4. Please update and try again.
