These interface tests do nothing but make the code brittle and harder to change.
As of tape-testing/tape#403, tape requires calling `end()` at the end of top level tests if there are only nested tests. We use this pattern extensively Fixes #420

As of tape-testing/tape#403, tape requires calling
end()at the end of top level tests if there are only nested tests. We use this pattern extensively, so some updates are required.I also removed one entire test suite (index.js) because it was doing nothing but making the whosonfirst interface more brittle.
