摄像头添加超级赛亚人发型和电弧特效
文件夹中需要放置金色头发图片和三组（每组4张）电弧图片 以及 dlib相关的dat文件进行面部识别
dat文件需要通过https://github.com/AKSHAYUBHAT/TensorFace/blob/master/openface/models/dlib/shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat 进行下载
赛亚人.py 是最初版本，赛亚人2.py 是优化后的版本
