TL;DW Run the program. It explains what to do. You need a board software downloaded. Back cover must be removed with testpoints shorted. Follow instructions on screen. Compatible with all major OS's, tested on Windows and Linux. Use a reliable USB. Requires Python 3.7. Good Luck.
