Add a new menu to see the plan of controls my year/months/weeks and be able to planifie unplaned control or replanifie the existing one.

Add a "widget" on the front page, with the list of control to be done (status TOBE) in the on going month, quarter, semester and year. The widget should link to the controle point "TOBE" lsite
