Older versions of ExtUtils::MakeMaker install README.pod file into location lib/DBD/README.pod. It is wrong place which may conflicts with other DBI or DBD modules. Proper fix is to explicitly specify in ExtUtils::MakeMaker configuration which modules and manpages should be installed and where they should be installed. Fixes: perl5-dbi#146
