A simple c# application that allows control over a local spotify instance via teamspeak 3 chat.
!add {spotify-uri} - Adds song to the queue. If playlist is playing this will override.
!artist {artist-name} - Plays a playlist off all songs from the artist
!album {album-name} - Plays an album
!track {track-name} - Plays a track (e.g flashing lights kanye)
!volume {0-100} - Changes the volume of bot.
!skip - Skips currently playing song.
!pl {1-3} - Plays a preset playlist (Listed Below).
!tts {message} - Text to speak message (Limited to 60 char).
!song - Text to speak of the song name and artist.
