remove extension methods
…rked but looked like it did due to build batch file copying successful .NET 4 DLL from a previous build into the .NET 2 output folder). Requires v3.5 to build but resulting DLL should also work with v2.

Haven't needed such large messages in the other direction so can't say whether receiving large messages from the client will work.
