It's unmaintained and no one has stepped up to maintain it.

I'd like to comment, as I did in #1349, that I expressed interest in maintaining this, but simply asked for some confirmation that it wouldn't be deleted if I did so. I have a large interest in maintaining nix builds for pgrx extensions, and now my only option is to maintain a fork or drop pgrx. |
