This PR contains major changes and some minor boy scout-ish changes.

Major

  • Added button which shows in the eventsheet section when the league is set to a German Bundesliga league
  • Added function to send eventsheet and event JSON to a Google Cloud Run Function
  • Added German and English naming for this

Minor

  • Added all dependencies to package.json
  • Updated stylelint
  • Linted eventsheet.js
  • Made Makefile's function dist compatible with macOS as well
