This is Sage of Mirrors from The GCN. I'm working on getting Wind Viewer able to read the cutscene archives from both TWW and TP. Right now it's able to populate the file list with the STB's file name with all the objects in the file beneath it, but I plan to eventually get it to dissect objects into their individual commands and display actor and camera coords in the viewport. This new feature will need to be integrated into the newest release, which I cannot directly edit myself since the .sln file cannot be opened on my machine for whatever reason.
In the long run, I'd like to tie in the STB functionality with the RARC packing code. My dream is to be able to create cutscenes through Wind Viewer. This would necessitate adding models and animations to an archive in a specific order, as the STB files assign them to objects via indicies in the archive. But that'll be farther into the future for now.
