State of the fork

Hey,

the maintainers of nextcloud/news decided to take over the task of maintaining feed-io in a new organization: php-feed-io

The reason behind this is that @alexdebril no longer has capacity to take care of this project.

The target of this new setup is that there will be multiple maintainers that:

• respond to issues
• review pull requests
• keep the code maintained

Nextcloud News has been a heavy user of feed-io for some years.

Current state of the fork

• The links in the main branch were updated to point to this repository.
• The GitHub page is now powered by mkdocs, we also use this at news
• Package gist has been initiated

More updates will follow.

Just for you to know, I've just updated feed-io so composer require debril/feed-io will recommend to install php-feed-io/feed-io instead. I've also updated the README file so people will be informed of the maintenance transfer.
