ddeditor not installed in default installation and path problems

I need to manually download ddeditor and put it in \vendor\phundament\gii-template-collection\command\widgets\ folder.

Also there is ext.gtc path used in many places but it should be application.vendor.phundament.gii-template-collection

Without replacing paths and adding ddeditor manually additional gii features will not work for me

Sorry, about that. I forked the project from svn once and I did only work on fullCrud and fullModel.

I have to talk to @thyseus about this issue, as he's the original developer of this code.

PS: Would be nice, if you could post an issue with a package at it's issue tracker, if available.

I've removed the non-working components from gtc.
