Mobile home: surface new agent replies (sort by latest reply, unread marker, reply preview)

Problem

On the iOS app (1.3.0, build 85), the home thread list doesn't show when an agent replies. With several agents running, there's no way to see which threads have new replies, or what they said, without opening each one.

Two causes, from reading the source:

1. Ordering ignores agent replies. packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadSort.ts orders the active list by creation or last un-settle, and the "updated" sort keys off the latest user message. The list is intentionally static between lifecycle transitions, so a finished reply only changes the status dot.
2. No reply content in the summary. The thread summary sent to clients carries no message preview, so rows can't show what the agent said.

Proposal

• Server: add latestAssistantMessageAt and a short plain-text latestAssistantExcerpt (for example the last ~200 characters, markdown stripped) to the thread summary projection.
• Mobile (and optionally the desktop sidebar):
  • An option to sort by latest activity, including agent replies.
  • A one-line preview of the latest reply under the title.
  • An unread marker until the thread is opened.

Smallest useful scope

Just the unread marker plus sorting by latest reply time. The excerpt is a nice-to-have on top.

Another user with the same problem: on the iOS Nightly app my active threads stay in their arrangement order, so the ones I just worked in never come to the top. Mobile also doesn't read the existing sidebarThreadSortOrder setting that the desktop sidebar uses. That would be a smaller first step than the new projection fields proposed here. I put it together with two project-list requests in #20313.
