0.43.2 is not available on Maven Central

@cortinico sorry I'll do the Maven upload today; yesterday was a bit chaotic. 0.43.1 I eventually trashed because I was having weird issues with GitHub seemingly attaching the wrong binaries to the release. It's the same as 0.43.2 though. I'll clean up the tags today today as well.
