@maxhawkins I am going to close this PR (but leave the branch!) In the future we can re-open. I just don't want to scare off people who see a high PR count, trying to go through and triage everything. If you think that leaving the PR open is better please re-open :) |

Description
Add pcap format implementation that supports writing RTP/RTCP streams.
This will be useful for debugging encrypted media streams.
