Critical bug fixes and other updates

Pion Core 0.12.3.3 is a critical bugfix release of the Pion Core 0.12.3.x series.

This release fixes a serious vulnerability that was discovered in Bitcoin Core's codebase recently which can crash nodes receiving blocks that are created in a specific manner (bitcoin#14247)

All full node operators such as mining pools, explorers, masternodes and exchanges should update their nodes immediately.

Other fixes include

  • Improved initial sync
  • Testnet/Devnet fixes (Note: this release is mandatory for TESTNET)
