We need better records for our current electrical component inventory.

Stock tracking for critical components from suppliers also needs to be implemented.

Effective upon mid-supper components order arrival.

Is that really within the scope of Tenshi itself?

Yes. It's related to Tenshi boards.

Fine. In that case, everything managed under Tenshi will be forbidden from
production and other groups (e.g. TopGear).

I'm currently not super concerned about these things at the moment. Let's
try to focus on the projects that actually have approved plans.

Essentially I don't want all inventory management to magically become part
of Tenshi.

It'll be part of whichever project is responsible for it. Right now there
isn't a responsible project; thus it goes under the non-project called
Tenshi.
