Pixie Acquisition and Analysis Software Suite

The Pixie Acquisition and Analysis Software Suite (PAASS) provides a harmonized data acquisition and analysis framework. The software contains its own UI. Giving all of the programs a unified look and feel. For adventurous developers there is a "skeleton" that can be used to flesh out a unique data analysis program without needing to delve into unpacking data.

The Experimental Nuclear Structure Group at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville leads the software development. The software acquires and analyzes data obtained from the DGF Pixie-16 series digitizers produced by XIA, LLC. The code processes a variety of different detector types, and has a modular format to handle a variety of experimental setups.
