When sharing Dashboards in interorganizational groups, the expectation is the end user should be able to access it, even if the content is owned by another organization.
Currently
"User 1" from "Organization A" shares a Dashboard into an ArcGIS Online Group.
"User 2" from "Organization B" is invited into that group and accepts the invite.
"User 1" from "Org A" sends the link to "User 2" from "Org B". User 2 is not yet logged in.
"User 2" from "Org B" gets prompted with an organization specific login to "Org A" if they are not already signed-in.
"User 2" HAS NO WAY to access the item, even though it is properly shared.
Example
Why can't the Dashboard present a non-org specific login?
Right now it doesn't give the option to say "Not a member of this organization".
Alternatives
Current workaround: Always craft a www.arcgis.com URL or direct the end user to access via the Group they are a member of.
Proposed Solution 1: Provide a non-org specific login page.
Proposed Solution 2: At least provide the "login to another organization page"
