add enip support for BOOL type #6

This is an attempt to add BOOL tag type support for the ethernet/ip protocol. It seems to work, but I admit to not understanding everything that is going on...

Thanks, Johan! I've merged your change (with minor changes) into master, and issued it with version 3.6.2!
