- _BSD_SOURCE is required to get definition of u_int, which is used in uinet_sysctl() prototype. - uinet_internal.h can not be used in a "host" source file, since it includes <net/vnet.h> that is not present on the "host".

I've tried to build this code on a linux box. Here is a few trivial fixes.
