plainDE build scripts

This repository contains scripts, that used by plainDE maintainers.

• buildArch.sh builds and signs plainDE packages from AUR to be deployed to repo
• releaseToRepo.sh builds and deploys packages to repository (needs to run for every architecture and from the root of this repository)
