[Media Display] Allow zooming in video player

This ticket adds zoom to the new video player. It fulfills the following story:

Double tapping or pinching on a full screen video will zoom in / out

Given that I am a user of Nos
When I double tap or pinch on a full screen video
then it will zoom in and out
AND
I will still have access to the x, mute and duration controls overtop.

This ticket depends on #1166.
