there's some new hotness in there. need to figger where to push the generated html so's it is visible here on el github

generated sphinx docs and pushed to gh-pages branch at plasmodic/ecto but they're gimped. we need to figger where the canonical docs are going to live, we probably shouldn't have different copies under ethanrublee, straszheim, and plasmodic. anyhow the sphinx theme is done, closing ticket...

The plasmodic.org site has a chron job to pull every minute and update the
docs.
