Download "STM32F10x standard peripheral library" from http://www.st.com/web/en/catalog/tools/PF257890 and unzip to ~/libraries/STM32F10x_StdPeriph_Lib_V3.5.0/

Build

$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake ../hello
$ make

$ openocd -f ../openocd.cfg
