error with format R package scLVM_0.99.2.tar.gz #7

Hi I'm not enable to install or open your tar.gz (it seems that there is an issue with your archive):

R CMD INSTALL scLVM_0.99.2.tar.gz
Error in getOctD(x, offset, len) : invalid octal digit

tar -xvzf scLVM_0.99.2.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

It works if I download: all directory https://github.com/PMBio/scLVM.git
