Campaign details - News section

Describe the Bug

When the text for the news is short and the user clicks on 'Read more / Read less' button nothing happens since there is not more text to be expanded:

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://podkrepi.bg/campaigns/help-itzeto-to-live.
  2. Scroll down to News section.
  3. Click on 'Read more / Read less' button below the news.

Expected Behavior

The button should be removed for less text that does not overflow the visible area.
