The only change in this release is updating against ZIO 1.0.0-RC19. This has been done in a minimal way, and is probably not very good. You probably shouldn't use it. zio-web is starting to gain some steam, and if you're starting a new app right now it's probably better to target that API.

This release had a websocket bug, which is fixed in the next release (also, ZIO 1.0.0-RC19-1 came out shortly after RC19, so this release shouldn't be used).
