…raise StopIteration`, we should be able to catch it with `except: StopIteration`
…caught` must be set as a first statement
`caught` must be set in the beginning of its body. BUT an `except:` is also generated as a result of the simplification pass fo `except something:`. `caught` must NOT be set in that case.
… a lot of forgotten aliases. This is needed because fakeclasses.pyTypeClass was used inside a python pass before the pass that prepends `x` to all identifiers
