Add two children of FYPO:0005558 - abnormal microtubule bundle:

  • Increased number of microtubules per bundle during mitotic interphase:
    • A physical cellular phenotype in which cells contain interphase microtubule bundles with more microtubules than normal.
  • Increased microtubule overlap length in bundles during mitotic interphase:
    • A physical cellular phenotype in which cells contain interphase microtubule bundles with microtubule overlaps longer than normal.

I think annotations of FYPO:0005795 ('abnormal microtubule bundle structure') can be transferred to FYPO:0005558 (abnormal microtubule bundle), since all children of FYPO:0005558 seem to be structure-related:

This one can close?

They are missing the logical definitions, so not sure if you want me to close them in that case. For now, terms that have an id >= FYPO:0007979 are missing logical definitions so perhaps no need to keep the issues open.

If the parent had no logical definitions you can just close them. These will not be added any time soon, If mIdori could not add them as it usually means there is no easy way to do it with current ontologies.

If the parent had a def you can add the label "logical_definition_required" and we can try to add those once we have more of a clue. We can always close them if they have the label. The ones I kept open, I think were more immediate (I should be able to fix them once the terms were included in the import files)
