Insensitive entries in headerbars are non-distinct #34

Insensitive entries in headerbars are not clearly distinct from sensitive ones; they appear to retain the same opacity and colors. Adwaita grays them out a little bit, while elementary is a bit more drastic.

I noticed this specifically in Pop!_Shop/AppCenter, but it affects any app (confirmed by using inspector to mark the search entry in GNOME Maps as insensitive).

In these screenshots, the entry is sensitive on the Home screen, but insensitive on the Updates screen.
