2. configure rhetorica deps. (packages)

2.1 download nuget.exe to rhetorica folder

3. compile exe

xbuild Rhetorica.sln /p:Configuration=Release /p:Platform=x64

4. run exe to rhetorical analysis output

mono rhetorica/bin/x64/Release/Rhetorical.exe
