We have to draw chart on off-screen surface when selected area is changed, and only draw that surface at each redraw event.

          Use cached offscreen surface for drawing the chart.

There still is some lag when fast moving mouse pointer from one colored area to another, of drawing the cross-lines. But CPU usage is much less.
