This does not matter much for this particular URL, but I hit an issue when experimenting where I had not realised a 404 HTML page had been downloaded and placed into the shinylive source tree.
Squelches a non-useful user-facing error message when a Shiny app has been interrupted but a HTTP request is still in progress in the app iframe.

As in #80, but without loading the R Shiny package and dependencies as a filesystem image.
Instead, R packages continue to be loaded from CDN as before.
