Convert the entered Date/Time to UTC and Date/Time of the desired TimeZone. (This is something that individuals made lightly.)

Params

inDate	string	Enter start-date
inTime	string	Enter start-time
outTimeZone	string	Enter which TimeZone you want to convert to.
