What is the current behavior?
Voltage level name is displayed in the TextNode

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
What is displayed in the TextNode is given by LabelProvider::getVoltageLevelDescription, which returns a list to support multi-line content.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API? Yes
