The file looks correct and works on my side. If you could, can you

• try uploading a different image, maybe from a different folder
• try disabling your adblocker and upload it again
• try using the old website, which you can access using a switch button on the bottom left <- this button seems to be missing on your video, maybe your adblocker removed it, so try it with the blocker disabled

Well then, since this is not reproducible for me, I can't really help you any further, sorry.
Maybe someone can look at the logs, if we even have those for this case. One last thing is maybe you can share a screenshot of the Dev console, but I'm not sure if it would give out any helpful information.
Steps would be:

Press f12, the window should split into two parts with left being the website and right being the Dev window. Click on "console" on the top right (if it's not selected already), reproduce the bug and if something new pops up in the console (most of the time in red), sending a screenshot would be really helpful. If nothing pops up, well, just report back.
