Exiting osu! after update causes relaunch #27890

Bug description

after osu! downloads an update click the notification to restart the game
on the confirm relaunch screen, click "Just a little more..."
exit the game normally using the in-game exit button + confirm the exit
osu will relaunch, as opposed to just exiting

I am using desktop and the game has been closed since I found the bug.
