Food ordering at the Cafés at University can sometimes be troublesome.
Here's why:
- Whenever the students order their foods, the café staff could not memorise all of it
- The staff might took a lot of time walking in and out whenever they lack of staff, this result frustration in students because they have to wait for their food
- Not all cafe provide receipt, thus students may not know how much they had spent on food.
As a result, food ordering system was built by us to solve the problems.
This program is built with C++.
This is an example of how you may give instructions on setting up your project locally. To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
You will need a C++ compiler like gcc
This project include 2 files which is an exe file and source code file which is in .cpp.
- To run the file directly: a) Open the .exe file and run the file
- To view and edit the code: b) Open the .cpp file using an ide such as CodeBlocks and so on.
The flow of the system is:
Firstly, the system will ask the user to input their own nick name. Next, it will show out the food menu. It will then ask the user to input which main dish does the user want to choose. After the user has input his/her choice, the system will ask wether the user want to add a side dish, user may choose yes or no. Then, the system will ask the user to input the quantity of the food. Lastly, the system will print out the total price and number of food that have ordered and will promt the user wether want to reorder anything.
