doc: fix inconsistencies

* Replace references to ~/shared/work/web which should be ~/web.

* Replace references to ~/tmp which should be /tmp.

* Restore /home/art to /tmp/restore-art instead of /tmp/restore-work,
  which is clearly a copy/paste from the command above.
