What Does this PR do?.

Implements :

  • Creation of Permalinks using Firebase Dynamic Links on the fly (Links are created as and when requested, then memorized for further use).
  • Send the Permalink as part of the SMS sent.

Additional context / quirks

The only problem here is it won't be possible to update the permalink config of a owe once created.
