Not clear how to enable PyPI prereleases

If you have

[pypi-dependencies]
llm = '~=0.12'

and try pixi install, you are greeted by

  × The following packages are incompatible
  │ |-- llm ~=0.12 cannot be installed because there are no viable options:
  │     |-- llm 0.12 would require
  │         |-- sqlite-migrate >=0.1a2, which cannot be installed because there are no viable
  │ options:
  │             |-- sqlite-migrate 0.1b0 is excluded because prereleases are not allowed
  │             |-- sqlite-migrate 0.1a2 is excluded because prereleases are not allowed

I checked the docs, but I can't find an option to enable prereleases.

Yeah, I don't think we have an option to control this, yet. I think we first need an option for this in rip, and then expose that in pixi.

We can now also install pre-releases, you'll need to specifically depend on them and then the solver will accept prereleases.

pixi add Django==5.1rc1 --pypi
